Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy
- All memberships are month-to-month with the exception of those private office space members that have negotiated a longer-term commitment. Month start date is 1st of the month, the end date is the last day of the month.
- Memberships are automatically renewed and billed through the member portal on the first of the month unless the member has cancelled their membership.
- For memberships starting mid-month the fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
Membership Cancellation
- A 14-day notice is required for month-to-month members to terminate their membership. For members with longer commitments, a 30-day notice must be submitted to the space manager if the member does not wish to renew the agreement.
- All cancellation notices must be submitted to Admin@MillWorksWestfield.com
- Members can cancel or downgrade their membership through the member portal.
- To cancel your membership, log in to your account and navigate to the drop-down menu next to your avatar located in the top right-hand corner of the page and select My Memberships.
- Select Cancel in red to the right of the membership that you wish to cancel.
- You will be directed to a page asking if you would like to downgrade your membership. Remember a Community membership is free and it will keep you in the loop of things happenings at MIllWorks.
- Termination notices should be submitted to the MillWorks manager via email at admin@MillWorksWestfield.com
- Memberships will be automatically terminated if full payment, including late fees is not received by the 15th of the month.
